Recipe

  • 50 ml DEAD RECKONING RUM
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 20 ml pineapple juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Crushed ice

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except bitters with ice.
  2. Strain into a highball over crushed ice.
  3. Top with more crushed ice and bitters.
  4. Serve with short straw.

Use fresh citrus and crushed ice to keep the profile lively and aromatic.
