September 2023 marked a significant milestone for Old Reserve and Taprobane as we proudly participated in the Whisky & Rum Trade Show in Denmark. This was our very first physical presence in the country, and it was nothing short of remarkable.
The two-day event brought together whisky and rum enthusiasts, traders, and industry professionals, offering the perfect platform to showcase our brand’s excellence and heritage. For us, this wasn’t just about displaying our premium spirits it was about making meaningful connections and celebrating the start of something new in Denmark.
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the tireless effort and dedication of Stuart Yonge. His vision, hard work, and passion were instrumental in making this dream a reality. Stuart also introduced us to our very first customer in Denmark, setting the stage for what we believe will be a long and fruitful journey in this market.
The response we received at the show was overwhelmingly positive. People appreciated the depth of our flavors, the craftsmanship behind each bottle, and our commitment to quality. The excitement from Danish whisky and rum lovers reaffirmed our belief that Old Reserve and Taprobane have a special place in this vibrant market.
