Recipe

  • 50 ml UNSHACKLED HERBED PALE RUM
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Crushed ice

Method

  1. Lightly press mint with syrup in the base of a highball.
  2. Add lime juice and rum, then fill with crushed ice.
  3. Top with soda and churn gently.
  4. Cap with more crushed ice and mint crown.
