Ingredients

  • 55 ml DISTILLER'S PRIVILEGE
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml jaggery syrup
  • 20 ml egg white (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Garnish: Star anise

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients first.
  2. Add ice and shake hard again.
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe.
  4. Let foam settle before garnish.

Jaggery syrup should be freshly prepared for consistent body and sweetness.
