DUTCH EXPLORER SOUR

Recette

• 55 ml DUTCH EXPLORER
• 25 ml jus de citron frais
• 20 ml sirop simple
• 20 ml egg white (optional)
• Glaçons

Méthode

1. Dry Shaker all ingredients without glace.
2. Ajouter glace and Shaker again until cold.
3. Double Filtrer into a coupe.
4. Rest briefly for foam set before servglace.
