A velvety sour combining Raj-era spice with citrus tension and smooth finish.

  • 55 ml DISTILLER'S PRIVILEGE
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml jaggery syrup
  • 20 ml egg white (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Garnitur: Star anise

Zubereitung

  1. Dry shake all ingredients first.
  2. Add ice and shake hard again.
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe.
  4. Let foam settle before garnish.

Servierritual

Jaggery syrup should be freshly prepared for consistent body and sweetness.
