  • 30 ml WORKHOUSE BURNED SUGAR GIN
  • 30 ml sweet vermouth
  • 30 ml bitter aperitif
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain over a large clear cube in a rocks glass.
  3. Express citrus oils across the top.
  4. Serve short and spirit-forward.
