Ingrédients

  • 55 ml DUTCH EXPLORER
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 20 ml egg white (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Garniture: 3 drops aromatic bitters

Méthode

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  3. Double strain into a coupe.
  4. Rest briefly for foam set before service.
