Technical Details

Vineyards & Harvest

Grapes are sourced from carefully selected vineyard blocks in the Stellenbosch region. The combination of diverse soils, cool nights, and coastal fog helps preserve natural acidity and develop bright aromatics. Vineyards are trellised on a five wire hedge system and harvested in the early mornings to capture a range of flavours from crisp green notes to softer tropical aromas.

Winemaking

The grapes are gently handled with minimal skin contact. After a short settling period, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. The wine then rests on its primary lees for several months to build texture, balance, and a more complex finish.
