• 25 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml jaggerysiroop
• 20 ml egg white (optional)

Methode

1. Dry Shake all ingredients first.
2. Voeg toe ice and Shake hard again.
3. Double Zeef into koud coupe.
4. Let foam settle before garnish.
