A root-spiced long drink where Dusters' birch and vanilla notes sit over dry ginger heat.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml DUSTERS SARSAPARILLA RUM
  • 120 ml ginger beer
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • Ice cubes

Garnish: Lime wheel

Method

  1. Build rum and lime over cubed ice in a highball.
  2. Top with chilled ginger beer.
  3. Lift once gently with a bar spoon.
  4. Serve tall and fresh.
